| The seemingly obvious “Get Specified URLs” -> “Display Webpages” workflow opens sites in individual browser windows and not in tabs within a single window.
For the attached workflow to work: Create and name a folder (e.g. “Sites”). Fill “Sites” with Web Internet Location files, i.e. navigate to a site in browser and drag the sites icon from the address bar into folder. Add “Sites” to first action in workflow. Set “Open with” drop-down list to alternative browser if default is not required. “Open links from applications” needs to be set to “in a new tab in the current window” in Safari preferences or equivalent in other browsers. This workflow is useful for instance if you view the same collection of sites each morning. |
